1. Do you have a physical (brick & mortar) sex toys retail shop or store?
Mycatalogueshop.net is strictly an online business and do not have a retail presence. This is to keep our overheads to a bare minimum. With this business module, we are therefore able to keep our prices low. The more we save, the more you save.
2. Can I place my order by phone, email or SMS?
Our preference is that you place your order through our online web store at mycatalogueshop.net so that the chances of any order entry errors are minimized (if you've ever waited for an order and then received the wrong item you can appreciate this). Our web store is very easy to use. Simply sign up, browse the store, add the products you desire to your shopping cart and check out. You will then receive a confirmation of your order via email to the email address you provided.
3. How is my order packed? Is it possible to see the contents of the package?
All orders are packed in plain or carrier's packaging depending on the size, type and number of products ordered. There will be no product visuals or indication on the packaging. The only thing you'll see is your name and phone number. There is no way to tell what is in the package unless you open it.
4. What delivery methods are available? Is delivery free?
Delivery is next day. We Dispatch by a courier service and you pay cash on delivery of your order. Please note that the delivery service is not free, the delivery charge is between 5 to 10 Ghc and is dependent on your location. Outside Accra orders are dispatched by EMS or STC after payment of your order, out side accra orders will need to include the payment of the delivery change(EMS / STC).
5. Can I self collect or pickup my orders from your store?
We are strictly an online business however we do provide a self collection service and pick up services where you may choose to pick up your order from us.
6. I have not received my order. Where is it?
You can check the status of your order by going to My Account. Check to see if you have entered a correct contact details during check out.
7. I'm interested in this product but it is currently sold out. What should I do?
We have a product notification system in place just for this purpose. If you find a product that interest you and it is sold out, simply click the "Notify" button found on that product page. Our system will automatically send you an email notification when the product is in stock. You may then proceed to our store to make your purchase. To view the products you have in your notification list, please go to My Account.
8. What forms of payment do you accept?
Within Accra you pay by cash on delivery if you are outside Accra you pay by cash post or mobile money. Bank payment is by request.
9. Can I get a discount for my purchase? Can I get a discount for future purchase?
