Do you have a brick & mortar sex toys retail shop? What delivery methods are available? Got a question? It might already be answered here.

 

1.     Do you have a physical (brick & mortar) sex toys retail shop or store?

 

No, Mycatalogueshop.net is strictly an online business and do not have a retail presence or a walk-in shop. This is to keep our overheads to a bare minimum. With this business module, we are therefore able to keep our prices low to pass on the savings to you. The more we save, the more you save. Mycatalogueshop.net is a business which has operated online Since 2010 and years on we are still here providing a quality adult toys and a professional online retail service throughout Ghana. 

 

2.     Can I place my order by phone, email or SMS?

 

No you cannot place your order by phone, email or any other method other than online. All orders must be placed online.  For security purposes we require an order number to process your order, without an order number your order cannot be packed, processed or dispatched.

All orders must be placed online at mycatalogueshop.net, if you cannot place your online  you will be unable to order from us, as the only method we accept is online.  

Our web shop is very easy to use. Simply sign up, browse the shop, add the products you desire to your shopping cart and check out. You will then receive an order confirmation of your order via email to the email address you provided. 

 

3.     How is my order packed? Is it possible to see the contents of the package?

 

All orders are packed and sealed in plain packaging.  The size of the package is dependent on the number of products ordered. There will be no product visuals or indication on the packaging. The only thing you'll see is your name and phone number. There is no way to tell what is in the package unless you open it or you tell someone.

 

4.     What delivery methods are available?

 

Dispatch is the next working day currently Monday to Friday. If you place a cash on delivery order on Firday it will be dispatched next working day on Monday. For Saturday dispatch orders have to be paid before dispatch.

We Dispatch by a courier service. Dispatch options available are cash on delivery or pay before dispatch. Cash on delivery is not available for Greater Accra locations eg. Tema, west hills mall, etc, with these areas you will be required to pay for your order before it is dispatchedOutside Accra orders are dispatched by STC after payment of your order.

 

4.1     I am outside Accra how is delivery?

 

All out of Accra orders must be paid for before dispatch. If you are outside Accra your order has to be paid for in full before it can be dispatched. Outside Accra orders are dispatched by STC parcel Bus service after payment of your order. 

 

4.2     I am in Greater Accra - (Tema, etc) - Delivery service to these areas. 

The standard delivery service covers areas within inner and outer Accra zones eg East Legon. Greater Accra orders which require dispatch to far away areas such as Tema, Kasoa, Weija, West Hills Mall, Amasaman, Oyarifa,  Afienya, etc are not within the standard delivery zone as these surrounding areas are too far out.

Customers in these areas who require delivery would have to pay before dispatch. Dispatch costs to these areas are higher to cover the cost of delivering to these areas. Customers in Greater Accra areas can opt to pick orders at an alternative area within Accra standard delivery zones and pay the standard delivery charge. Please state an alternative pick up area in the comments section when placing your order.

If there is an issue with any order placed, you will be sent email with the problem details. Order payment will not be accepted until the issue is solved. The status of your order status is sent to you via email and we will not be held responsible if you do not check your email / spam mail or order status within your account. We will always do our best to contact you. 

 

4.3     Payb4 order: - Do I have to pay before my order is dispatched?.

Yes orders have to be paid before dispatch. Payment can be done easily via debit card or mobile money using expresspay. For all Accra Payb4 orders - you will always be called by a delivery person before hand, the only difference is the payment will be done directly to us before dispatch. No money will be paid to the delivery service on delivery. All outside Accra orders must be paid before dispatch. 

The delivery option will state the amount to be paid before dispatch.

 

4.4     How do I pay for my order ?.

Payment can be done by visa, Debit card or any mobile money wallet using expresspay. There is also a cash on delivery option

can be made after you have placed your order. If payment is not made the same day of order placed check with us via email to ensure all products ordered are in stock and not sold out by the time of your payment. Product reservation is only done after payment has been made.   

Your order status is sent to you via email, please remember to check your spam mail or order status (details section 6). If you need help paying via expresspay or tigo cash please read the how to pay top menu bar.

  

5.     Can I collect or pickup my orders from your store?

 

We are strictly an online business and do not operate a walk in shop. Simply place your order online and you can pick up your order from the dispatch person at the area of your choice you indicate within Accra when placing your order.

 

6.     How to check your order status.- Online My Account History.

 

You can check the status of your order by going to My Account. 1: Sign in to your in to your account 2: Click on Account history (located on the My Account Info tab). 3: On My order history page click the view button for the order you wish to view. 4: Once clicked Your order information will appear. Check the order history information at the bottom of the page to see the current status or any problems with  your order. 

Please note that we do not call on issues regrading problems on orders communication is by email. Your order status is sent to you via email we will not be held responsible if you do not check your email / spam mail or order status. 


6.1     My order. - Order update - Action Req? 

If you get this then there is a problem your order and we need information from you to proceed. Your order cannot be dispatched or processed (on this order status) until the issue, problem or information required for your order is solved.

Your order status is sent to you via email when updated. Please check your email inbox, spam or any other mail boxes you may have as sometimes our emails can be directed to your spam mail. Please reply via the sent order update email or through the contact us section, adding your order number if it is not a reply sent from order update email. we will not be held responsible if you do not check your email or your order status online. To check your order status please follow the directions stated in 6. 

6.2     Contacting Mycatalogueshop. - No one is picking my calls? 

Read the FAQ section or send your inquiries via email or use the contact us tab at the top menu bar and you will get a fast reply within a few minutes. If we are unable to pick your call please do not continue to give us 50 missed calls. simply send your enqiury via email using our Contact us form or sales email address. This is a best way of contacting us and your email will be answered within a few minutes. If you have not received a reply please check you spam mail as the reply might have been sent to your spam mail box by your email provider.

6.3    No cash on delivery. - Pay before dispatch - My order. 

Cash on delivery orders are dispatched after dispatch payment is paid via expresspay. On the trust that the ordering customer will pick the order they have placed knowing their own availability ratio.  We are unable to continue to dispatch orders to customers who do not pick.

6.4   Refunds - Payb4 money back guarantee.

A refund will always be given providing the order has not been delivered once delivered it will be considered used. Plaese note: If your order has an issue you will not be given the go ahead to make your payment. 

If your order is packed or dispatched before you make a refund request - your refund will exclude the packaging and delivery charge incurred on your order from no fault of ours. If no cost is incurred a full refund will be processed instantly. Refunds by expresspay will be done instantly once your refund has been processed, refunds by tigo cash voucher payment will be done the next working day and will exclude the money transfer cost back to you. If you are unsure of your order just let us know when placing your order and your order will not be packed or dispatched until you confirm.

Please note that you can order from catalogueshop without speaking to any one. If we are unable to pick your call, please do not continue to give us 50 missed calls. Simply send your enqiury via email and we will answer it as soon as we can, if you do not receive a reply remember to check your other mail boxes eg spam mail. If you are unable to receive your order simply send as an email before dispatch, so that your order will not be dispatched to be returned for non collection.

 

7.     I'm interested in this product but it is currently sold out. What should I do?

 

We have a product notification system in place just for this purpose. If you find a product that interest you and it is sold out, simply click the "Notify" button found on that product page. Our system will automatically send you an email notification when the product is in stock. You may then proceed to our store to make your purchase. To view the products you have in your notification list, please go to My Account.

 

8.     What forms of payment do you accept?  -  Step by step (top menu bar)

 

Payment of your order can be made using any visa, mastercard, bank debit cards or mobile money accounts all networks using expresspay (app or website). Orders can be paid via Expresspay in the comfort of your own home, office, anywhere - anytime using their app or website. Visit their website or download their app to make your order payment.  


8.1     How to pay via expresspay.

1. Log into the expresspay app or website -( expresspaygh.com )- (if you are a new user, sign up first)

2. (On the website) Click "send money" then "expresscard"

3. Choose "pay a new account" and enter phone number ""233264443021"" insure to add "233" when paying on the website. 

4. Enter the amount of your order total and complete your payment by paying with your Visa card, MasterCard or any mobile money account (All) or your expresspay expresscard account.

We should receive your payment when successful and your order will be processed for dispatch. If your payment states pending on your payment, this will take a few minutes for us to receive your payment after it is cleared.  

If you use a different name from the order to pay we will not be able to know that you have paid, you would need to send us an emil stating the name used and your order number. 

 


8.2     How to pay via tigo cash voucher payment. 

Customers who do not want to pay via expresspay can pay by tigo cash. Our number is not registered for Tigo cash, hence you would have to pay us using Tigo cash voucher payment. Tigo cash voucher is  a token payment system.

Tigo cash voucher payment is a service provided by Tigo cash. The voucher payment is a tigo cash service that allows anyone to make payment to anyone on any network using the tigo cash payment service. This can be paid from any tigo cash agent (anyone to anyone - to an unregistered customer). A tigo cash user will already have this service.

You do not need to be a registered tigo cash user to use this service. Please note: If you want to use a different mobile money provider than tigo cash eg. mobile money this can be done paying us through expresspay.

 

9.     Discount? Can I get a discount?

All prices are fixed and kept very low. we are currently unable to offer discounts.
