Please read our faq questions and answers before calling to ask the same questions.

Do you have a brick & mortar sex toys retail shop? What delivery methods are available? Got a question? It might already be answered here.

 

1.     Do you have a physical (brick & mortar) sex toys retail shop or store?

 

No, Mycatalogueshop.net is strictly an online business and do not have a retail presence or a walk-in shop. This is to keep our overheads to a bare minimum. With this business module, we are therefore able to keep our prices low to pass on the savings to you. The more we save, the more you save. 

 

2.     Can I place my order by phone, email or SMS?

 

No you cannot place your order by phone, email or any other method other than online. All orders must be placed online.  For security purposes we require an order number to process your order, without an order number your order cannot be packed, processed or dispatched.

All orders must be placed online at mycatalogueshop.net, if you cannot place your online  you will be unable to order from us, as the only method we accept is online.  

Our web shop is very easy to use. Simply sign up, browse the shop, add the products you desire to your shopping cart and check out. You will then receive an order confirmation of your order via email to the email address you provided. 

 

3.     How is my order packed? Is it possible to see the contents of the package?

 

All orders are packed and sealed in plain packaging.  The size of the package is dependent on the number of products ordered. There will be no product visuals or indication on the packaging. The only thing you'll see is your name and phone number. There is no way to tell what is in the package unless you open it or you tell someone.

 

4.     What delivery methods are available?

 

All orders once placed are dispatched the next working day currently Monday to Friday. If you place your order on Firday it will be dispatched next working day on Monday.

We Dispatch by a courier service and you pay cash on delivery of your order the price you pay is the same price stated online which will also be stated on your package.  

Outside Accra orders are dispatched by STC after payment of your order.

 

4.1     I am outside Accra can I pay cash on delivery?

 

No, The cash on delivery service is for orders only within Accra and immediate areas and excluding Tema. If you are outside Accra your order has to be paid for in full before your order can be dispatched. There is no cash on delivery service for locations outside Accra.

No you cannot pay cash on delivery if your order is to be dispatched out of Accra. Outside Accra orders are dispatched by STC after payment of your order. 

 

4.2     I am in Greater Accra - (Tema, etc) - NO cash on delivery service to these areas. 

Cash on delivery is for areas within Accra as products are dispatched without payment. Greater Accra areas such as Tema, Kasoa, Weija, West Hills Mall, Amasaman, Oyarifa,  Afienya, etc are not within the delivery zone as these surrounding areas are too far out. Customers in Greater Accra areas have to pick orders at an alternative area within Accra.

Please note that we do not call on issues regrading problems on orders. Your order status is sent to you via email we will not be held responsible if you do not check your email or order status. 

4.3     I am being told to pay before dispatch. - Order update.

You may sometimes be required to pay for your order in full before your order will be dispatched. Your order cannot be dispatched (on this order status) until the payment required for your order is paid. Your order status is sent to you via email.

  

5.     Can I collect or pickup my orders from your store?

 

We are strictly an online business and do not operate a walk in shop. Simply place your order online and you can pick up your order from the dispatch person at the area of choice you have indicated within Accra when placing your order.

 

6.     I have not received my order. Where is it?

 

You can check the status of your order by going to My Account. 1: Sign in to your in to your account 2: Click on Account history (located on the My Account Info tab). 3: On My order history page click the view button for the order you wish to view. 4: Once clicked Your order information will appear. Check the order history information at the bottom of the page to see the current status or problems with  your order. 

Please note that we do not call on issues regrading problems on orders. Your order status is sent to you via email we will not be held responsible if you do not check your email or order status. 


6.1     I have not received my order. - Order update - Action Req? 

Your order can not be dispatched (on this order status) until the issue, problem or information required for your order is solved. Your order status is sent to you via email when updated. Please check your email inbox, spam or any other mail boxes you may have as sometimes our email may be directed to your spam or other mail boxes. Please reply via the sent order update email or through the contact us section or sales email address, adding your order number if not a reply from order upate email. we will not be held responsible if you do not check your email or your order status online. To check your order status please follow the directions stated in 6. 

6.2     I have not received my order. - No one is picking my calls? 

Your If we are unable to pick your call please do not continue to give us 50 missed calls, simply send your enqiury via email using our Contact us form or sales email address. This is fast and your email will be answered as soon as we can.

6.3    I am in Accra but no cash on delivery for me. - Pay before dispatch - why? 

Cash on delivery orders are dispatched without payment on the trust that the ordering customer will pick the order they have placed knowing their own avalability ratio.  Therefore customers who place orders that are dispatched and returned will be required to pay for their order or future orders in full before their orders will be dispatched. 

We are unable to continue to dispatch orders to customers who do not pick orders they have placed. These customers will be reqiured to pay for their orders in full via Tigo cash before dispatch.  If the order is still undelivered after payment when a refund is given, it will be without packaging charge and money transfer refund charge.  

Please note that you can order from catalogueshop without speaking to any one. If we are unable to pick your call, please do not continue to give us 50 missed calls. Simply send your enqiury via email and we will answer it as soon as we can, if you do not receive a reply remember to check your other mail boxes eg spam mail. If you are unable to receive your order simply send as an email before dispatch so that your order will not be dispatched to require payment before dispatch for non collection.

 

7.     I'm interested in this product but it is currently sold out. What should I do?

 

We have a product notification system in place just for this purpose. If you find a product that interest you and it is sold out, simply click the "Notify" button found on that product page. Our system will automatically send you an email notification when the product is in stock. You may then proceed to our store to make your purchase. To view the products you have in your notification list, please go to My Account.

 

8.     What forms of payment do you accept?

 

Within Accra you pay by cash on delivery, if you are outside Accra you pay by Tigo cash or Expresspay bank direct payment wihich is available for all orders.

 

9.     Discount? Can I get a discount for future purchase?

All prices are fixed we are currently unable to offer discounts.

 

10.   My question has still not been answered, who can I contact?
